1. Order Cancellations
1.1 If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1–2 days of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
1.2 Please note that customized, pre-booked, or personalized orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 We ensure strict quality control for all our products and generally do not offer returns or refunds unless there is damage or a manufacturing defect.
2.2 If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate the process, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
2.3 Exchanges will be made only if the same product is available in stock. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
